Every morning when I wake up I say a positive affirmation. It can be as simple as saying “thanks”. By saying thanks I am acknowledging gratitude for the new day. I believe in waking up with a heart full of gratitude and being mindful of the blessing of a new day.
Being in a peaceful environment with good energy is really important to me. I know that life can be hard and things may not always go the way we want but there is still a lot to be grateful for.
I use this same mindset when talking to my daughter. I want her to know that her PEACE is everything. I want her to understand that living a life full of gratitude attracts more things to be grateful for.
This is were the daily positive affirmations come into play. By building up her self confidence and self love she will be able to control her world.
Words have Power… Use them Wisely
I have told all of my kids how powerful the tongue is or how powerful their words and thoughts are. It is important to me to teach them how to have powerful and positive self talk.
