20 Vegan Breakfast Recipes for the New Year’s morning
With the New Year I know a lot of people are going to try to change their diet and try different ways of eating. Vegan has become very popular over the las few years. I wanted to share some common and flavor full recipes that are vegan but very good.
Even if you decide not to go fully vegan, these recipes are great to add to your breakfast meal plan rotation.
I’m sharing 20 vegan recipes that are great for breakfast on New Year’s or any day.
Who does not love pancakes as part of their morning breakfast or brunch menu.
Chocolate Chip – I mean who does not love chocolate chips in their pancakes? I know I do and these are vegan and gluten free which are a plus.
Lemon Blueberry – pancakes are my favorite. These are two flavors that go amazingly well together.
Banana Oatmeal are the classic combination whether it is in a pancake or in a bowl. Easy recipe with few ingredients and a great taste.
Sweet Potato pancakes with a little added pecans can easily become a morning favorite.

Classic waffles are always a go. You can use this recipe as a base and add your own special toppings
