This is a simple vegan banana bread recipe. This is absolutely delicious. I added chocolate chips but you can easily add walnuts, pecans, or any other nut.
My kids love this recipe so much they come running to the kitchen when they smell it cooking. It is really one of their favorite things to eat.

I have seen so many banana bread recipes in the last few weeks I really wanted to document mine. Many of the recipes are not vegan (eggs are added). Well, every vegan kind of knows that bananas can be used in the place of eggs. So making banana bread vegan is really easy.
Making Banana Bread
This recipe is something I tried a few times and I think I have it just right. If you are like me, we always forget to eat all of the bananas. Which means I have ripe bananas all the time. We usually freeze the ripe bananas for smoothies, but once I got my banana bread recipe right, now use it for banana bread.
This is really an simple one bowl mix it all up recipe. See Video below.

Ingredients:
- 3 ripe Bananas
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/3 Cup Cane Sugar
- 1/3 Cup Brown Sugar
- 1/3 Cup Grapeseed Oil
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon pink salt
- 1/2 cup or 1 cup chocolate chips 2 Cups of flour
Preheat oven to 350 degrees, Grease loaf pan
Mash the bananas using a fork or potato masher. Mix in sugar, oil and vanilla to the mashed bananas until blended well. Slowly add flour, salt, baking soda, and cinnamon. Tip: Mix but Don’t over mix. The batter should be thick. Add your chocolate chips or nuts. Pour into loaf pan and bak for 45-50 minutes. Once done let cool for 15-20 minutes.
Cut into slices and Enjoy!
